By signing below, I as a parent/legal guardian hereby grant permission for my child(ren) to attend and participate in 2026-27 HCC Awana Clubs. I hereby release Houston Chinese Church, its staff, volunteers, or representatives from any financial liability, any and all liabilities or claims for personal injury, illness or death, as well as property damage and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by my child(ren) in the regular participation of activities as part of HCC Awana Clubs.

I understand that my child(ren) may be photographed or videotaped during these events. I agree to allow my child’s/children's likeness to be used for legitimate purposes. When an identification of a child is made, only the first name and name of the church will be used.

2026-27 Awana Registration fee includes a club bag, uniform, and 1 handbook.

CUBBIES (Preschool/Pre-K): Cubbies backpack / Cubbies vest / HangGlider handbook
SPARKS (K-2nd): Blue tote bag / Sparks vest / HGlider, WRunner, or SkyStormer handbook
T&T (3rd-5th): Green drawstring bag /green T-shirt / Agents of Grace handbook

*HCC Staff families should select the "Invoice" option.

Registration fees below reflect 5% off registration (May 2026 special) and $20/sibling discount.

Late registration fee of $30/clubber will apply starting Sept. 11th, 2026.

HCC Awana Clubs Registration

Grand Prix registration fee includes all car kits supplies & wood workshop sessions with HCC Children's Minister Mr. Frank. (Clubbers can still register for Awana Grand Prix at a later time at our online Awana Supplies Store.)

Grand Prix is tentatively scheduled for 1/30/27.
