*Family subsidy is available for families with 3 or more children (at least 2 of which are age 5-17). Description of living options:

Dorms: Dorm-style housing features bunk bed sleeping areas and a shared restroom, typically located on opposite sides of a central meeting space. https://www.trinitypines.org/group-houses

Motels/Lodges: These accommodations offer more private lodging, with rooms typically housing between 4 to 8 people. Perfect for families or smaller groups looking for added privacy. https://www.trinitypines.org/motel-rooms

Comfort Inn: This accommodation is primarily reserved for seniors within our congregations and is an off-site hotel in Huntsville. The church has pre-booked rooms for use; no need to book through the hotel site. We are looking for volunteers to help with the Toddlers/Children's Program. We are asking volunteers to help for 2 hours during one of the sessions. Since motel/lodge rooms are limited, it’d be a huge blessing if you're open to sharing a room. If you have family here at HCC, this might be a unique opportunity for you to spend time together at the retreat. If you’re willing, let us know which family or person you’d feel comfortable sharing a room with. This year, optional activities are offered (Adventure Course & Zip Line) during free time on Saturday for an additional cost if interested!

Adventure Course: $15
Zip Line: $20
Both: $30

Adventure Course: High Ropes focuses mainly on individual accomplishment as each participant progresses at their own pace. The course consists of 16 unique elements across 15’ and 30’ heights. Begin and end the adventure from the staircase or choose the rolling quick jump where you’ll descend 30 feet and finish with your feet on the ground.

Zip Line: Climb the spiral staircase to zip 400’ out before we transfer you over to zip 400’ back to finish with your feet on the ground.

高空滑索：攀爬螺旋樓梯後，先沿著400英尺的滑索向外滑行，再轉移至另一條400英尺滑索滑回，最後雙腳著地完成挑戰。

Retreat Activities

One thing we would like to do this year is create space for people with similar interests to meet! Examples people have said include reading, fishing, basketball, gardening, running, painting, etc.
